Probably the single most common repair is the RCA and Ground Cable Replacement. We can usually do that repair for you in a about a week for $249.99 total parts and labor.

That price includes a brand new internal ground PCB as well as RCA cables and Monster Connects.

Other repairs include replacing the tone arm, replacing the on off knob, replacing the pitch control and fader, and more!

Many of the Technics are at an age now where the lubricant throughout the device has become gummy. In order to take the entire device apart, clean every single part, and replace the lubricant is a huge job. This will usually end up being in the range of $349.99 because of the amount of time it takes to do it right. We charge $79.99 an hour for turntable repairs and all turntable repairs are done in house at our location in Carlsbad.
